American  Engraving

American Engraving was founded in 1991 by Thomas Magarian and Michael Gioia, two talented entrepreneurs who shared a passion for engineering.  Together they gave the company its start out of Addison, Illinois and specialized in tool and die manufacturing for the Bakery & Snack Foods markets.

During the next 17 years American Engraving grew in great strides to become one of the leading suppliers of rotary products to the largest names in the Baking Industry. In early 2008 Stu Kriegermeier, a recognized and established name in the die roll industry, joined American Engraving as Tom Magarian’s new partner.

The next 7 years would show wonderful growth for American Engraving. During this time the company purchased a new facility to help expand the business further than ever. In late 2014 they moved from their original location in Addison to the new facility in Bensenville, which more than doubled their manufacturing space.

Today, thanks to the hard work and dedication of its employees, American Engraving is an established leader in the Rotary Die industry.
